  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HR functions such as candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • HR Induction:
  • Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of company policies, procedures, and culture to new hires.
  • Facilitate necessary paperwork and documentation during the onboarding process.
  • HR Interviews:
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and tailor interview processes accordingly.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Payroll:
  • Maintain accurate records of employees' attendance, leaves, and working hours.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Address any payroll-related queries or discrepancies from employees.
  • Administrative Responsibility:
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases, records, and documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and other confidential documents.
