Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Billing Specialist responsible for accurate dental claim batching, attachment verification, and timely submission through clearinghouses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dental PMS systems and strong knowledge of dental claim documentation and compliance standards.
Job Title: Dental Billing Specialist – Claims & Attachments
Location: Ahmedabad / Noida
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, batch in Dental PMS, and submit dental insurance claims through clearinghouses such as Vyne and Dental Exchange, ensuring all required attachments are included.
- Review and attach appropriate supporting documentation, including X-rays (PA, BW, Pre-op, Post-op), tooth numbers, and clinical notes, as required by payers.
- Verify claim accuracy prior to submission to minimize rejections and delays.
- Work efficiently within dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and always maintain patient data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal billing, clinical, and QA teams to resolve discrepancies and improve overall claim submission efficiency.
- Maintain documentation standards and follow established billing workflows and SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in dental claim batching or claim submission.
- Strong working knowledge of dental claim attachments and X-ray identification.
- Hands-on experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft is required.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills..
