Payment Poster
Clinical Excel Computech is hiring for the role of Payment Poster (Immediate Joiners)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients
- Review and interpret EOBs/ERAs to ensure correct payment allocation
- Handle adjustments, write-offs, and identify underpayments or discrepancies
- Maintaining accuracy in posting payments for dental procedures and treatments
- Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations and best practices
- Coordinate with AR, billing, and denial management teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal SOPs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Payment Posting. (Dental RCM, Medical preferred)
- Experience in managing dental procedures and treatments
- Knowledge of dental industry regulations and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, eagle soft, all cloud-based PMS such as Denticon, Ascend, Carestack
